Geriatric/Aging Counseling, Activities, & Community Living
Free support and community programs for seniors 55 and up.
With a special interest in those who are disabled, retired, or 55 and up, typically those with personal insurance, Medicaid (SoonerCare), or Medicare (HMO) qualify for this program. And here’s the best part: there are no fees to the participant. This includes free assessments, free case management, free testing, free screening, and an overall free service.
At Resource Community Outreach & Holistic Wellness Services, Inc., we believe that wellness should be accessible to everyone—regardless of age, mobility, or ability. Our thoughtfully designed programs integrate yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises to support physical health, mental clarity, and emotional well-being.
These practices are tailored for all ages, from children and adults to the geriatric and disabled community, ensuring that every participant can experience the benefits of mindful movement and relaxation.
