Provides a week’s worth of formula, food, and diapers for babies and toddlers under the age of four. Provides 4 visits per calendar year, per child, until their 4th birthday. Visits will not roll over each year. Currently, services are provided via drive-thru on Mondays and Fridays, and in-house services are offered Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The same items are offered regardless of method.

Application Process:
Baby must be born in order to receive services. Must make a same-day appointment to attend to the main office. No appointment needed for the babymobile.
Documents Required: No documents are required. Parents must bring the baby to the appointment.
Eligibility Requirements: Child must be between ages 0-4. Child must accompany the parent/caregiver.
