Afterhours Services – RCOHWS answers afterhours calls for partner agencies, making sure callers always reach a live, trained professional. Our specialists can de-escalate crises, provide referrals, listen with care, and take messages as needed.

Justice Support Program – RCOHWS partners with local justice organizations to support alternatives to incarceration and smooth re-entry into the community. Our staff works directly in collaboration hubs to connect individuals with resources through 211, offering hands-on guidance for those navigating the justice system.

988 Warmline – As part of the 988 warmline, RCOHWS provides extended support for callers after they’ve already spoken with the Oklahoma 988 Call Center. Our role is to continue the conversation, offering patient listening and ongoing encouragement without judgment.

988 Overflow Calls – RCOHWS assists with overflow calls for Oklahoma’s 988 Mental Health Lifeline, making sure no call for help goes unanswered.

Crisis Follow-Up Services – RCOHWS provides follow-up support for individuals who’ve recently received behavioral health services, focusing on safety, suicide prevention, and connecting people with inpatient, outpatient, or community-based resources. Our team checks in on safety planning and ensures clients stay connected with the help they need.

Tribal 988 Resource Project – RCOHWS collaborates with partners to build a national resource hub tailored for tribal nations and provides technical assistance to strengthen 988 crisis services in tribal communities.
